EmanBakery Online ("we," "our," or "us") operates private automated utility integrations using Meta WhatsApp Cloud APIs to optimize internal logistics. This document clarifies our handling of communication metadata.

1. Data Minimization Protocol

Our API automation systems run strictly as automated message routing proxies. We never store, read, or track any chat conversations passing through our system endpoints.

2. Data Processing & Security

Any data received via Meta APIs is parsed strictly in temporary memory to answer instant system queries (like checking Muqeem lists) and is erased immediately. Your business data remains fully isolated inside your private infrastructure.

3. External Infrastructure

Data packets travel across secure channels maintained by Meta Platforms Inc. and Hookdeck. We recommend checking their official guidelines for details on transit-layer security safeguards.

By accessing or interacting with our custom WhatsApp bot infrastructure or automated data routing configurations, you agree to these operating terms.

1. Internal Permitted Use

This software platform, dashboard connection, and webhook routing matrix are provided solely for internal administrative use. External access or attempts to feed outside data into our systems is strictly prohibited.

2. System Availability & Liability

We provide these automation shortcuts on an "as-is" basis. We are not responsible for message delivery delays, Meta platform downtime, or temporary web hosting drops.

3. Data Accuracy

Internal users are individually responsible for keeping their linked profiles and database entries updated and holding system secret keys securely inside protected environment variables.

Data Deletion Instructions (Callback Protocol)

In compliance with Meta Developer Guidelines, we provide a clear method for users to remove their profile connections from our applications.

Because our gateway operates completely stateless, we do not save any permanent records, user contact rosters, or historic chat metadata. As a result, there is no permanent data database to wipe clean.

If you want to disconnect your Meta profile or communication assets from our internal system paths entirely, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to your Facebook Profile settings and click on Apps and Websites.
  2. Locate the application named WB.
  3. Click the Remove button next to the application entry.
  4. To request immediate manual verification that your number is cleared from transient memory routers, send an email to: info@emanbakery.online.
